Thanks for reaching out. To further assist you, Could you share a photo of your current thermostat showing the terminal labels so we can see where the wires are connected? Also, please provide the make and model of your current thermostat and HVAC system. In the meantime, check this support website article to learn more about Nest Thermostat compatibility.
