Boiler pump coming on when everything is off

I have a Baxi Megaflo boiler and two zones in my home. Since having two Nest Gen 3 thermostats installed my boiler pump now comes on every other day getting, two hours later every day and stays on for 2 hours if I don't turn it off. I have had the PCB in the boiler replaced to not avail. I have everything turned off as far as heating except the water which is linked to zone 1 which is set to come on for half and hour in the morning and evening( I did also turn this off for 4 days) I have also tried turning off and disconnecting each of the Nests and nothing has made any difference. As the boiler is just below my bed and I'm a light sleeper, I'm at my wits end with this coming on at 12.20, the 2.20 two days later, and 4.20 another 48hrs later and so on and so on. Help!!!

Thanks for letting us know and thanks for all the details you've provided. Could you tell us please if the Bacteria prevention feature from Settings > Equipment > Continue > Bacteria prevention ?
