Hi. Getting mixed signals on whether Lennox iComfort thermostat wiring can be used for a Nest. The wiring is new as it was only installed last year.

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing a photo of your current thermostat. It looks like your current thermostat is using a proprietary wiring. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible. You can use this link to locate a Nest Pro in your area.
