Out of the blue A/C stopped working. It gives error message E194 how can I fix this?

Hi Nathalie,

Thanks for reaching out. The message that you're getting means that your Nest Thermostat is not detecting any power from the Y wire. If you haven't yet, please follow the steps on this link to isolate the issue.
