Nest compatibility with Honeywell thermostats with 3 wires lable 1, 2 and 3

Bought a Nest and want to replace my old Honeywell thermostat. This old one has 3 wire connectors labeled 1, 2, and 3. A red wire goes to position one, a white wire goes to position 2, and a green wire goes to 3. There is an extra blue wire. I think it is a C wire.

So I connected with my new Nest in the same way: red wire goes to R, white wire goes to W, green wire goes to G, and the spare blue wire goes to C.

Nest setup app says it can't detect W, G and C wires.

Can somebody help me with the issue?
