Saint a well,

this thermostat is designed to operate with low voltage and high voltage equipment. It can control a Boiler, a Combi Boiler, a Zone Controller, zone controller Pump, and an electric actuator. It looks like your is set up to control a boiler. Your thermostat does not have a COMMON wire and you need to determine if the Red wire in A

position is high voltage or low voltage. Do you have a Volt Ohm Meter?

Hello CoolingWizard,

I did a further investigation and found the supply is 230V.

My system is designed to control two zone valves. I have a single combi boiler and two thermostat and two zone valves with a central connection box. The two thermostat are connected to this central box and from this central box, it is connected to two zone valves. The Opentherm on the boiler has a jumper cable across.

Only low voltage (~24VAC) systems are compatible with Nest Learning Thermostats.
