topic Nest Thermostat is useless in Nest Thermostats

I've tried all diagrams, and the far close to succes was the first one from inside the user manual (of course the right one for my boiler system), which still was useless, no hot water but if in manual mode there is hot water, but on both modes won't start to heat the house, the only thing will start is the extraction fan in the boiler and that's it, now with so many attempts to see what is the problem the hub won't connect anymore with the thermostat. Piece of junk in my opinion especially the diagrams, need to be more detailed with more options to troubleshoot for various situations.

Hi Contractor117,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?

Where are you located?

How is your Nest Thermostat wired?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Edward
