topic Heat link gets no power in Nest Thermostats

Hi there, like many others the heat link of my 3rd generation nest thermostat suddenly stopped working, after always having worked perfectly fine for the past 2,5 years. The wiring is ok (also checked by an installer), so it looks like a problem within the heat link itself, which I have seen mentioned here more often. I would love to hear how to get in touch with the right person to get the heat link replaced. Thanks!
