Yes, it is. Just match the wires to the labels on the Nest. The Jumper between R and RC isn't needed

Thank you for all the replies.. I will get the black nest and try to setup. We bought the white one( cheaper one ) before, but Our AC guy told us we don’t have c line so it not gonna work. So this time I’m going to buy the expensive one( black one), see if that gonna work.
