Can't reconnect thermostat after accidentally deleting

After I accidentally deleted my profile, I cannot reconnect my thermostat. I've tried resetting doing everything I possibly can. I know I can hook it up to the computer and enter some code code. If somebody can walk me through that I'd be grateful.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
What message are you getting when you try to connect it?
Can you still control the thermostat stand alone?
