Three months ago, G Nest thermostat was professionally installed. About a month ago the thermostat disconnected from wifi and will not reconnect to wifi. My google home app showing wifi offline. Manually the thermostat work with AC unit. I did a reset but the thermostat, is now frozen and flashing "continue reset up in the google home app). I shut off the power to that thermostat and remove the thermostat from the base, and removed and replaced the battery. The same flashing " continue reset up in google home app. After several weeks, I'm at a lost... Hope someone can help

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat?
