Connect Thermostat to new wifi network

I recently had to set up a new wifi network. I have been able to get all my nest online except the thermostat. I no longer have my setup instructions. When I go to settings on the thermostat it only shows a schedule. I can't add it as a new device because I don't have the QRC, and I am afraid to remove it (from nest home) for fear that without the QRC I won't be able to reinstall> Any ideas?
