Nest Thermostat Upstairs heat isn’t getting consistent power

i have the power connector hooked up by i constantly get the n271 error. has anyone seen this issue. after about a year of with the power connector hooked to a brand new boiler install, my relay shorted out and i dont know if any of this is related. my downstairs therm does works perfectly fine without the C wire our the power connector.

you can close, i am having a C wire ran to the unit and removing the power connector.
