Nest thermostat

Hi please help if possible, u have had a thermostat for years now and all was OK until I migrated to Google account, the app no longer finds it on me on my wife's and my phone, it only gives the secret key code when I fully reset it and then only allows connection to one phone in the nest app?

We have deleted all Google home accounts and nest app but still the same?

When I try to use the same code in my phone it justbsays incorrect code! 🙃 what's going on??

We're glad you've reach out. I'd like to get more details about accessing your Google Nest Account on the Nest App. A few questions:

What's the make and model of phones that was used to login?
Are you trying to "Sign with Nest" or "Sign in with Google"?

Also, could you try these steps?

Reboot the phone.
Try signing in with Nest using the same email account.
If unsuccessful, try forgetting the password to create new one.
