Nest Thermostat E won't connect

Hi I just bought this today and trying to setup. I can't even get as far as selecting my home WiFi before throws up a TD004 error. I can't reet or restart it because pressing the ring does nothing. Any advice appreciated

Thanks for your help. The issue was resolved by using a Chromebook to setup rather than my pixel 6 which just wouldn't work no matter what.
