Nest and Home App presence not working

Nest thermostat and Home App still not switching between home and away correctly. Only my phone and thermostat are in the app. Here it shows I am home, but I am away.

Hi Angelamie12,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with Home / Away Assist feature of your Nest Thermostat. To isolate the issue, could you disable your Nest Thermostat under presence sensing? Let's observe your thermostat for at least 24-48 hours and let us know if there are any changes.

I disabled presence sensing. It will follow the time schedule.
