&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you by repeatedly disconnecting you from the Nest App..— let's see what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try clearing the cache and data of your Nest app, then reinstalling it again.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check for any available software updates on your phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your phone for at least 3 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try using different devices, such as tablets or other mobile phones to observe.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Install the Nest App and Sign in with the same email account.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes, or if the issue still persist.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My apple nest app works and then over time it stops connecting and I have to reinstall the app to make it work again, is there something I can do to stop this happening? &amp;nbsp;If I access via a web browser on my google home it always works but that ms not very convenient!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks, I have done all of the above except clearing the cache as I didn’t have that option. &amp;nbsp;Was that on the iPhone settings or the app settings?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
