Remotely control nest by iPhone. No communication between them but used to be fine.

I want to link my nest thermostat to my iPhone so I can remotely control the temperature. I’m in the same room and I’ve tapped Settings. I’m looking for Nest Connect in order to tap it but scroll as much as I like I do not find Nest Connect. Please advise.
