Is this a heat only system with no A/C?

Just need to know what that blue wire is for it looks like the screw says B?

Heat only system (how we roll in Seattle) with blue on "B" labeled screw.

Yes the Nest will work on this system.

Just go to the system and look at what the Blue wire is connected to and confirm it is C terminal on the furnace.

If it is then that is common and you put Blue to C on the nest.

R to R (do not use any jumpers on Nest)
