Schedule keeps changing

Hi, our nest thermostat keeps changing it’s schedule in itself. So for example right now I’ve turned the heating completed off using the nest app. If I will look again tomorrow somehow it switched itself on to heating to 9 degrees. If I look at the schedule interface in the app then suddenly every day has it’s own heating schedule, random times.
If I have the heating on and enter a schedule, the schedule changes itself with random numbers during the day.
Can anybody help me understand how this happens?

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
When did the issue start?
