Heating not working. System says it will take a few minutes but time passes and nothing changes.

I just moved into my house last month and never had a Nest. I factory reset the thermostat and even removed it from the Home App and readded the device. It didn't help. The heat won't turn on on at all and what's worse is that I think it also effected my AC because now my AC seems weaker. Help. What should I do?

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
How is the Nest Thermostat wired?
