Heat link isn’t working h71

Hi my heat link working. It’s saying h71 on it. I have tried all the troubleshooting and I have had a Electrion out and there is power to the heat link. The light isn’t coming on. It seams to be a faulty unit. I have it just under 18 months. Can someone please help me?

How long has your thermostat been installed for? 18 months
Did the issue happen during the installation? No
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display? Yes it’s saying h71
Have you had any power cuts recently? No
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently? No
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones are present in the setup? 1

Did you try resetting the device, meaning powering it off and on?

If yes, I think you should try reaching out to support and ask what the possibilities are to replace it.

Thanks for the advice spoke to someone there and they are sending me out a new one
