Nest app issues

I have had an issue with my nest thermostat app for a long period of time now. I cannot get the heating controls to display on the app any more. I have tried a number of things to get the app to display my nest controls but I’ve not had any success. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into this issue and if they could steer me in the right direction? Thanks very much

I'm sorry to hear that you can't access your Nest thermostat through the Nest app. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

If you can't sign in to the Nest app, check out these guide:

Uninstall and reinstall the Nest app.
Try "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Nest" and enter the right email account associated to your Nest thermostat.
If the same issue persist, forget the password to create a new one.

If you don't see your Nest thermostat in the Nest app, try these steps:

Make sure to login with the right email address connected to your thermostat.
If so, check for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Have a look at this guide.
