Not sure my system is compatible, with my Honeywell thermostat I had a jumper from W2 to Y2 and now when I set up the nest thermostat cause it heats when I ask for cool

I believe I have a heat pump

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
How is your previous thermostat wired?
