Heat Pump Honeywell Thermostat wires Y,G,C,O/B,R,E

I have the heat pump controller and wires listed above. When I enter the compatability settings online it says it is compatible. When I enter the same settings on the app, it says it isn't compatible and so I can't proceed. Any advice?

Thanks Edward. I went around the system and said it was already setup by a professional. I linked the

Y,G,C,O/B,R to the same wires as labeled on the nest. I linked the E wire to W. I tested and Emergency heat came on manually so I assume it is working, though I don't know what other repurcussions there may be. At least the A/C is working for now.

The frustrating thing is that the online checker and the app conflict.

It's working fine for A/C. But this is in Texas, so it will be a while before we can see if it works as expected for heating/heat pump/emergency heat. Thanks for asking.
