Thermostat replacement

Can anyone help me with replacing Danfoss thermostat with Nest 3 gen? Danfoss thermostat have to only 2 wires connected however there are 4 wires running inside the wall, and I have no idea how to connect this ? Can this even be done? I have tried different combinations without any luck Thanks
