I'm trying to determine if my my existing thermostat is compatible with the nest learning. Attached is a picture of my exiting wiring scheme. Can you help please?

Yes it will work with Nest Learning Thermostat.

Looks like you have 2 stage heat system with A/C

@DaveSL, thanks for sharing the picture. Based on the wiring setup, it appears that it's compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat.
