Anyone having trouble getting connected to WIFI with the Nest Learning Thermostat?

Do you try to connect to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi network?
I currently don't have any issues connecting the Nest Thermostat. 🙂

Yes. Since yesterday. I've tried the best app and Google home app. Can't connect with either one

With help from the Geek Squad, we learned the unit I had was defective in that it could not “find” my home WIFI, so it is being replaced under warranty.
