Sorry that you're having issues with your Nest Thermostat setup. I'll be happy to help you out, but I do have a few questions to get us started.

Is this a new installation, or did this problem start on a setup you already had in place?
Are these the only wires you have installed, or are there more wires as well?
What type of HVAC system do you have?

If there's any more additional info you can provide, let me know and we can get this sorted out.
