Error code on themostatt h71. Tried to reboot it stays on flashing blue themosays cannot connect

what can I do

Thank you yes I spoke to them and it was a complicated fix but it’s working. The only thing the best thermostat won’t connect to my phone

Glad to hear it's working now. Do you mean the thermostat is not visible in the Nest app or the Google Home app?

This has been rectified now by Google support thank you.

the only problem now is my androiD phone won’t connect to my thermostat

The Google support did a reset to get it all working. My nest app won't link to the thermostat and I sent a photo of the non connection it spins round n round it should automatically connect I am wondering if I need to uninstall my app n reinstall?

Yes it is connected to my WIFi with the correct password
