We hear you, @Jimrichardson. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and services, and we'd appreciate it if you could send us feedback. The Nest thermostats can only be added via the Nest app or Google Home app, and you need to be physically present with the devices themselves to ensure the correct HVAC system configuration.
