3 Yr Old Nest - Unable to reconnect to Wifi

I have my nest connected to the wifi for about 2 years. However, within the last year, it disconnected and I have not been able to reconnect it. I'm thinking about going with a different brand. I've reset the device, restarted my router, etc., nothing. This is the only nest device I have in the house. Very very frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat and I have a few questions:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
How far is it from the router?
Are you getting any message when you're trying to connect it to the WIfi?
