I can hear the thermostat working, but there is an issue trying to connect the Wi-Fi. I think I put in the wrong password and it will never take me back to connection. It just keeps telling me reconnection.

Hi hrcoghill,

I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat isn't connecting to your Wi-Fi network. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

I did find an article that might help you; have a look at this guide to troubleshooting when the Nest thermostat failed to connect to the network and let me know if that helps.
