Hi hatchimomototos,

It appears that you lost access to your Nest thermostat in the Nest app. I'm sorry for the trouble — let's see what's going on.

Make sure that you're signed in with the right email address associated with your Nest thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Check out this guide on how to switch home.
