App connection

The app on my android won't connect. I've tried multiple times to Uninstall and re add, even shutting down my phone and restarting. It's been going on since yesterday. And the internet connection is good.

Is your Google Nest app failing to connect to Nest services? Or can you just not see your thermostat?
