I have recently bought a new mobile phone but I can't control my nest app from my new phone, the unit itself works fine manually, can anyone help

Make sure that you're logged in with the right email address associated with your Nest thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Here's your guide on how to switch home structures.
