Farsight app settings

Hi, my farsight settings on the home app does not appear? I have searched both Home app and Nest app but there is no option to select or change Farsight.

also I have changed settings on the thermostat device it’s self and the unit doesn’t switch on when I approach it.

not sure if I have override any features when I first set it up?

any suggestions welcome

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to help.

Farsight is a function available only on the Nest Learning Thermostat (NLT) that allows you to view information on the thermostat display from a distance. You can turn Farsight off or change what it shows you on your thermostat's screen or in the Home app.
