Hi I've bought two Nest thermostat 2 years ago from official amazon store, but now that control board on the wall seems to be broken (tried doing everything in troubleshooting - like charging it's just down) it's one that controls heating and upstairs. I got email regarding this and I've tried calling phone number in email but I can't get to anyone on that number.

Can someone point me to who to call regarding fixing/replacing - from the looks of it thermostat itself is okay just that wall control board is broken.
