Have been searching and trying things for over 3 hours with no luck. Any way to make this compatible? Thanks for any type of help as I am stuck.

So you would use Blue (C), Green (G1), Yellow (Y1) White (O/B), and Red (ONLY RH). You won’t need the jumper when installing the red. Has the same problem the other day but eventually found a guide from Nest made years ago.

I ended up having to use a jumper but regardless you my friend ARE A ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!! Your wiring info was correct and we are now up and running. Without it I would still be frustrated and "nestless"! Thank you so much for your help.
