Thermostat Compatibility?

Hello,

It looks like i have an Emerson thermostat with the following cables connected:
White: W,
Green: G,
Red: C,
Blue: Y,

If you have any idea if this will work let me know. Thanks!

Ensure it is a 24V and not a 110v or higher. Those look like some hefty gauge wires.
