Hi Johninjax,

Thanks for posting to the Google Nest Community forum. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

The T wire on your control panel is for the temperature sensor, which Nest thermostats don't need. But it'll still be compatible with Nest thermostats.

Please follow the guide here on how you can label the wires:

R (red), Y (yellow), O/B (orange), C (blue), W (white), G (green)
