Wiring Trane heat pump to Nest

I’ve got a Trane heat pump from 2009 (4wcy4048b1000aa if that helps) and am trying to attach a nest power connector. I’m not sure which wires to connect since there’s no C terminal on the control panel area. I’m attaching photo of the inside of the box. Thanks for any help.
