3rd gen nest e code e 74

I have a 3rd gen nest for about 5 years. 1 year ago replaced heater and a/c system, had it serviced a couple days ago. It was working perfectly. Turned it on for a cold spell and started getting an e74 code . No power to the white wire. I turn on heater and it runs for 5 min then I get the code , I raise the temp 1 degree it goes on and again 5 mins the thing shuts down. And the e code shows up again. Any suggestions?
