Heat link not firing up boiler either via thermostat or manually

I have 2 nest, one for radiator and another for Ufh..

while the rads nest fires the boiler, the ufh nest does not. Nor does trying to manually turn on the heat via the heatlink? Again this work fine for the rads.

I have tried resetting the ufh heat link, but with no luck, so looking for assistance in resolving the issue..

Thanks for reaching out @ekau5h . I would be happy to try and assist. To clarify, is this a new installation or have they been installed and working for some time before this behavior occurred? Also, were they installed by a Nest Pro or by an installer/electrician?
