Distant Thermostat Removed from NEST app

Just installed new smart Nest thermostat in my Arizona's winter home. It logically replaced itself as my Washington's summer home thermostat in the Nest App. How do I get my Washington thermostat back in the app when I'm 1350 miles away? Also, is my thermostat still working protecting my house from freezing?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
Are the thermostats set up on different home structures in the home app?

If one of your Nest Thermostats got disconnected from the WiFi, it should still follow the schedule that you set.
