It looks like you have the right wires for the Nest Thermostat. Here's my decoding:

W2: secondary heating (e.g., furnace, dual-fuel, or multistage systems)
W/E: emergency heat wire
Rh and Rc: heating and cooling
Y: cooling
G: fan
C: C-wire, which is important to maintain a consistent charge for your thermostat to function properly.

However, depending on if your HVAC system is either multistage or dual-fuel, contacting a Nest Pro is necessary to prevent any damage during installation as these wiring setups can be notoriously tricky.
