Nest thermostat e compatibility

I’m a new homeowner and was wondering if I could replace my current Honeywell thermostats with the nest thermostat e. The house has heat and has radiant heat floors. Most of the thermostats just have a red and white wire except for one.

Is this compatible with the nest thermostat e? If so, how would I wire it? Thanks!

Thanks Jake. I read the article and I think it’s saying I can use the * for another heat source. I’m new to all of this so I’m not certain. The thermostat pictured was for the 2nd floor of my house which has heat from radiators in the bedroom and the bathroom tile floors have the radiant heat. I wasn’t sure if I needed the thermostat e or the learning thermostat.

Thanks for getting back to us. Since you have two sources of heat, I recommend the Nest Learning Thermostat to accommodate your home's current heating system.
