Wiring Compatibility

Hi everyone.

I understand that this is probably the number one question here, but I would really appreciate someone's help.

I tried Google Chat with the support team, but there simply isn't anyone at the desk and I live outside the US to call them.

This is my AC wiring and I have a Nest Thermostat that I want to install and can't figure it out if it works or not.

I can't really rely on AC installers here since every time I show the Nest, they look like it's an alien device.

If someone could simply check the image and let me know if this is compatible or not, I would really appreciate the help.

I haven't yet installed the thermostat to confirm that its correct, but when I'll do, I'll make sure to add pictures.
