I too am having trouble adding the second thermostat to the Nest App. The first one is installed but the second install just spins. It seems like it doesn't allow a second thermostat in the same home even if a different zone?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? What's the exact message are you getting? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this? Also, what country are you located in?
