I have read/viewed everything that I could get my hands on trying to solve. My electric company keeps sending me daily that my kwh usage is at least 25% more than normal I have set the heat pump balance to off. The emergency heat to 0. and I have reduced the thermostat to 70 from 74 (we are elderly)
